To ensure a smooth experience for both the brand and our customers, please note the following policies:

Color & Texture Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. We are not responsible for items that do not fit if they align with the measurements provided in our size charts.

Order Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or priority refund.
