Shipping Information

Welcome to our shipping center. We strive to get your orders processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our policies below regarding domestic and international shipping.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (collection launches or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.

  • We ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Customs Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in your country.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your delivery location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Reshipping: If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused," the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are responsible for your package up until the point it is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace if you are concerned about package security.

8. Order Cancellations/Modifications

Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or the items in the order. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
